Welcome to Life Long Faith Formation

We recognize that parents are the primary religious educators of their children and that our role is one of assisting parents/guardians in teaching our faith to their children.  We are dedicated to serving our parents and youth by strengthening their awareness and understanding of God's loving presence in their lives and deepening in them the Gospel message of Jesus.  This is done by providing catechetical instruction, special events, and opportunities for service that will foster and encourage growth and an understanding of their faith.

Our 2021-2022 Faith Formation Registration is NOW OPEN!

July 14, 2021

Dear Families,

We look forward to welcoming back all our families and are excited to resume in-person classes this season. Last year tested our faith but one of the blessings that emerged from the pandemic was the increased involvement of the parents in the faith formation of their children. As the church prays at Baptism, parents are the “first teachers of their children in the ways of faith”. Let’s continue this season to join together, pray together and grow as a parish family in love and knowledge of God and service to one another.

Tuition for the 2021/2022 program: $75 for one child and $125 for two children.

Tuition discount if paid before August 15: $70 for one child and $115 for two children.

Even if you cannot pay the full tuition at this date return the completed paperwork. This is the only way we can guarantee your child a seat and book. Registration forms may be returned by email, mail, dropped off at the office or at weekend Masses.

Mark your Calendars!

Sunday, Sept 12  Opening Day of Faith Formation –  Mass at 10:00am.  Following Mass, children and their families will gather in the Hall for adult and student activities and an opportunity to visit your child’s classroom and meet their catechist.

Will you help?

We are required to have two adults per classroom and ask for your assistance.  The commitment does not have to be each week – parent volunteers can rotate.  We have a need for catechists, class helpers, hall monitors and prayer coaches.   Anyone who volunteers must have Virtus training – the safe environment training provided by the diocese via a Zoom class or in-person.

Do you know any families with children who are not enrolled in a Faith Formation program?   Invite them and pass the word that registration is going on now.

Covid Safety Guidelines 2021-2022

Information regarding program modifications due to the pandemic will be provided once updated  State and Diocesan guidelines are announced. Currently, any catechists, volunteers, or very young children who are not vaccinated should wear a mask.

I rejoiced when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord.”    Psalm 122:1
